Before referring child minders and other care providers to our clients we carefully assess their qualifications and personal records in order to guarantee that they confirm with the requirements of our national service standards. Care providers are only included in our referral database after a detailed interview and discussion on their personal motivations and qualifications. Through this screening process we safeguard the high quality standards which underpin our solid customer satisfaction rates. We assist both our clients and care providers during their entire care relationship and are always available in case of difficulty.

All our care providers receive detailed information on important questions regarding their work, fiscal and financial situation. We also provide them with necessary check- and address lists as well as required contract and official document templates. In addition, all our care providers have the possibility to partake in customized qualification schemes, prior and during their work relationship. First aid courses for children or training courses on the treatment of bedridden elderly people are examples of our broad variety of on the job training. Depending on the type of care service, we offer our care providers other support services, such as free liability insurance or toys for children.
